Welcome to the forum, Darryl. We're happy to have you with us.
To answer your question simply, to buy tax deeds you need to get in contact with the county, obtain a list of available deeds or deeds going to auction, then research and purchase. The other option you have is getting them through us. Because Detroit is distressed we have access to many properties.
Let me also give you an assignment to go through the materials in the Download Center and watch applicable Training Videos in the Training Center. There is a lot of great content in there.

Thanks Mr. Stewart:
I'm very excited about the training I’ve learned a lot from the Strategies in the video’s. Now I need to learn application and the hands-on experience of just doing it. I hope to get started in just a few days. I found a property that’s owned by Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority, which is an address that I was lead to by our web site. I have all of the information.
My Question Mr. Stewart, is how do I go about gaining interest in this property. Am I able to just buy it or get a tax deed?
Thanks again
Darryl Harris

Great work on finding this investment property!
The next thing you will want to do is contact the county where the tax deed is listed. Find out if it's still available, if there are other liens against it, the buying process in that county, and any other applicable information.
If you live nearby, drive by the property and make an evaluation. Would you have to make repairs to the property? What are the values of nearby, comparable properties?
Finally, what is your plan if you buy the property? Flip it, rent it, etc. Make sure the numbers work.
P.S. I took out the property information. I've seen investors get deals swiped because too much info was shared. A lot of eyes would have seen your potential deal.
