Ever since we started in the business of educating people how to invest in tax liens and tax deeds, students have always requested one service from us. What we've discovered is that personal coaching programs work very well for helping students get into tax lien certificates and tax deed properties, but even better than personal coaching is if our coaches and professional investors are live and on location with the students to walk them through the process of investing. So what we decided to do was fly out some of our students -not too many, though, so we can keep it personal- and spend time with them actually showing them how to invest in tax liens and tax deeds. We started in Texas, then we went to Florida, then on to Phoenix, then we did it all again. Students could go to the tours all over the country.
We would end up spending about three days with the students on location. We would split time at the county building researching, at properties evaluating deals, and in the classroom going through the process of investing. Students can even buy properties while at the tax lien tour.
During the tour we provide lunches, chartered bus rides, and other perks to make sure that the tour is a simple and effortless experience on the student's part. In fact, we've had students leave the tour in tears because they've had such an incredible experience. That's not a joke; we're just that good.
